Texas A&M fell to Kansas State 33-28 in the Texas Bowl after failing to complete a late comeback.
Aggie head coach Kevin Sumlin said he hopes the younger guys on the team remember this feeling and use it to fuel and motivate themselves in the future.
"Oh, we're not happy," Sumlin said. "Just like I said last week at the press conference. The message in there was, you know, I was thankful to these guys, to the seniors. Really wanted it to be different tonight and send them out on a really good note because of how they've represented this program.
