Texas A&M and Kansas State will face off in the AdvoCare V100 Texas Bowl at NRG Stadium in Houston on December 28.
The Aggies (8-4) raced out to a 6-0 start to the season and were ranked as high as No. 4 in The College Football Playoff standings before losing four of their last six regular-season games.
The Wildcats (8-4) finished fourth in the Big 12 after winning their final three games of the regular season, including victories on the road against Baylor and TCU.
Overall, Texas A&M has reached eight consecutive bowl games, while Kansas State has made it to one in each of the past seven seasons.
