Texas A&M Aggies true freshman running back Jay Bradford is dealing with an unspecified medical issue that could affect his availability for the start of the season. John Taylor of NBC Sports’ College Football Talk reported the story, and Aggies head football coach Kevin Sumlin made a brief statement in a release from the university itself.
“Jay Bradford had a medical condition arise this week and due to federal privacy regulations Texas A&M athletics is unable to comment without the consent of the young man or his family,” the head coach stated. “The health and well-being of Jay is our utmost concern and we will do everything we can to assist Jay and his family through this process.
