Texas A&M pledge Demani Richardson, a four-star recruit from Waxahachie, posted on Twitter after Thursday's game against DeSoto that his senior season is over. The running back/defensive back didn't say in his post if it was an injury that ended his high school football career.
"Well tonight I played my last football game as a Waxahachie Indian and it hurt to death," Richardson tweeted. "And even tho this year didn't go as planned, I wouldn't want to end my high school career no where else."

Todd Alexander, in his first year as Waxahachie's head coach, declined to comment Saturday when asked about Richardson.
