CHARLOTTE, N.C. -- The way Texas A&M forward Robert Williams remembers it, he started the heavy conversation with Tyler Davis over video games.
The two A&M big men were playing NBA2K when Williams told Davis he was thinking about coming back for his sophomore season instead of cashing in on his soaring draft stock. Davis paused the game and told Williams the Aggies could have one of the nation's top frontcourts if that happens.
The two men are a big reason why the 7-seed Aggies are in the NCAA tournament for the second time in three years.
