The Texas A&M Football team saw a few players taken in the 2021 NFL Draft. Specifically, there were four former Aggies who heard their names called during the draft.
First, Kellen Mond was drafted by the Minnesota Vikings early in the third round with the 66th overall pick in the NFL Draft. In Minnesota, he’ll likely be Kirk Cousins’ backup for at least a season before earning an opportunity to play.
Bobby Brown III was the next player drafted, taken in the fourth round by the Los Angeles Rams, a team with a well-established defensive line.
