Texas A&M Football received the news that running back Jashaun Corbin would be out for the remainder of the season on Monday.
Corbin went down with a hamstring injury in the second quarter of the Aggies 24-10 loss to Clemson on Saturday. While the injury didn’t look too serious at the time, it turns out that Corbin’s sophomore year is now lost.
While the news is devastating for both Texas A&M and Corbin, the Aggies will need to adjust as soon as possible. Lamar will come to town on Saturday, and while they don’t pose much of a threat to do anything, the running back situation will need to be figured out in the next few days, especially with SEC play looming in a matter of weeks.
