Of all of the positions that are in need of an upgrade for Texas A&M Football, tight end is likely the biggest.
The Aggies are tasked with replacing Jace Sternberger, an all-world tight end who was recently a first-round pick in the NFL Draft. Sternberger was Kellen Mond’s top target and is arguably the top tight end in recent Texas A&M history. Sternberger lead the team in receiving yards, catches, and touchdowns, becoming the centerpiece of the offense before leaving for the NFL.
Now, the Aggies will need to find a way to replace Sternberger’s production and presence.
