Haynes King, Texas A&M Football
The Texas A&M Football team has one of the more tantalizing quarterback competitions in recent memory. After the departure of long-time starting quarterback Kellen Mond, the Aggies will be looking at their first new full-time starter since Barack Obama was in office.
That said, this is a relatively new experience for a lot of Aggie fans, who are used to having a clear starter by this point in the offseason.
Mond was great but departed for the NFL Draft, where he’d be selected in the third round by the Minnesota Vikings, seemingly becoming Kirk Cousins’ predecessor.
