The 2019 NFL Draft has completed day two and we’ve now seen two Texas A&M football players come off the board. Erik McCoy landed in an amazing situation as he was taken with the No. 48 overall pick by the New Orleans Saints. Sean Payton needed to find a replacement for Max Unger, who abruptly retired last month, and they got a great one.
Another Aggie heard his named called when Jace Sternberger was selected with the No. 75 overall pick by the Green Bay Packers, which is another amazing situation for the 2018 consensus First Team All American.
