Fisher and the Texas A&M football team almost pulled off the upset over No. 2 Clemson last weekend at Kyle Field. Quarterback Kellen Mond got out of the gate slowly in the first half, but would end up throwing for 333 yards and three touchdowns in the second half.
Kendrick Rodgers caught seven of Mond’s passes for 120 yards and two touchdowns. Camron Buckley grabbed four for 93 yards. The Aggies did not run it that well, but when they needed to make a play they did. Yes, the Aggies came up short, but I believe they proved to the nation this team is different and should make some noise in the SEC in 2018.
