Texas A&M football brought in $69.6 million in net revenue for the 2015-16 academic year, said an NCAA financial report released by the university Wednesday. This helped the athletic department earn $57.2 million in profits.
The Aggies brought in $41.7 million in ticket sales during their 8-5 2015 season. The report also says $99.5 million in total operating revenue was brought in.
A&M’s program also received $32.8 million in contributions, a report by an independent auditor said. The entire athletic department brought in $194 million in revenue, and spent $137.1 million.
Texas A&M brought in $28.
