The number of Texas A&M football players joining contenders continued on Day 3 of the 2019 NFL Draft. After Erik McCoy was drafted by the New Orleans Saints and Jace Sternberger and Kingsley Keke heard their names called by the Green Bay Packers, defensive tackle Daylon Mack was taken with the 160th pick in the fifth round by the Baltimore Ravens.
The Ravens are getting an absolute stud if Mack continues to be the motivated player he was in the 2018 season. Mack came to the Aggies with a ton of fanfare. After spurning LSU and joining Kevin Sumlin, Mack was inconsistent at best in his first three seasons.
