Once again, Texas A&M Football is a finalist for a highly-touted prep player.
This time it is four-star athlete Eric Shaw. Shaw, from Notasulga, Alabama, recently announced his top-seven schools.
Those schools were Alabama, Texas A&M, Florida, LSU, Kentucky, Auburn, South Carolina, and Tennessee.
Yep. All seven of Shaw’s final schools hail from the SEC.
It goes without saying, but that makes landing Shaw even bigger. Not only would Jimbo Fisher be getting a talented player that can play both linebacker and tight end, but he would be taking Shaw away from six schools in his own conference, all six of which being legitimate contenders for this season and the seasons to follow.
