Last season, the biggest rising star for Texas A&M Basketball was Savion Flagg.
Flagg, a sophomore guard/forward, broke out in a big way, averaging 14 points and eight rebounds per game. Starting a good amount of games, Flagg went from being virtually unheard from prior to the season to being the Aggies’ best player at times.
Now, entering his junior season, Flagg’s expectations will be much different. For the first time in his college career, he’ll actually have expectations, and if his stats last season say anything, it is that Flagg is due for a big junior season.
