It looks like Billy Kennedy’s days in Aggieland are numbered. The Houston Chronicle is reporting Texas A&M basketball will move on from their head coach of the last eight years.
This may come as a shock to some on the outside looking in. Kennedy is a great man and a model citizen in the community. He was diagnosed with Parkinson’s disease and was honoring his commitment to the team despite that prognosis. He is responsible for leading the Aggies to two of their five total Sweet 16 appearances in two of the past three years, and their only regular season conference title since 1986.
