Hogg had been hampered the past two months with a nagging ankle injury. He had been a consistent member of the starting rotation for Kennedy since day one, but in the month of February he seemed to have transitioned to a bench roll. It would seem that limited action was meant to give Hogg a shot at extending his season. That won’t be the case.
Hogg was one of a trio of sophomores that many expected to instill a much needed jolt into a young basketball team. With him off the court, the burden will be shifted to Admon Gilder and Tyler Davis.
