Texas A&M finally has a road winning streak in conference play. After downing Vanderbilt on Saturday the Aggies took care of business again, this time besting Georgia. Their first pair of back-to-back road wins could not have come at a better time, and with one more victory on Saturday they’ll salvage a .500 record in the SEC.
It was defense that got it done against the Dawgs. The Aggies limited Yante Maten from the field as best they could. Although the 6-foot-8 senior forward scored 16 points and added 12 rebounds it came on a night where he went 5-for-18 from the floor.
