When you looked around at any college basketball predictions for the Southeastern Conference for the 2018-19 season, they had Texas A&M basketball finishing near the bottom. The combination of losing more than 60 percent of the points from last season with a dreadful recruiting class in 2018 didn’t give experts much confidence in the Aggies, and for good reason.
Robert Williams, D.J. Hogg, and Tyler Davis were all highly respected recruits and turned into fantastic players for Billy Kennedy. They left behind mostly average recruits when they all three declared for the 2018 NBA Draft.
Admon Gilder was also part of the famous 2015 recruiting class, but hasn’t played a game in 2018 due to a blood clot issue he recently opened up about on his Instagram.
