Depth on the mound continues to plague Texas A&M Baseball as the Aggies dropped the weekend series to the Tennessee Volunteers. The Aggies saw a 7-game win streak come to an end Friday evening as Texas A&M is now 29-11 overall and back to .500 in SEC play. All things considered, however, Texas A&M still finds themselves one game out of first place in the SEC West.
The Tennessee Volunteers finally figured out Mitchell Kilkenny as they handed the Aggie ace his first loss of the season, defeating Texas A&M 7-4 on Friday night. Kilkenny came into the game with a perfect 8-0 record but was saddled with his first loss after a tough start.
