Texas A&M baseball got back in the win (10-5) column after dropping their two previous midweek games. A&M welcomed the Mavericks from UT-Arlington to Blue Bell Park and once again they found themselves behind before the offense powered their way to 10 runs for the first time in two months.
Chris Weber got the start and would go four innings before the bullpen was called upon. He probably could’ve gone further, but Rob Childress has used the midweek game all year to give as many pitchers a chance to get some time in. Overall, the pitching staff gave up nine hits, five runs (four earned) and struck out 10.
