COLLEGE STATION – Texas A&M has come full circle between its games against Mississippi State. The Aggies surged back into the top 10 of the Associated Press poll on Sunday following their 30-17 victory over the Bulldogs on Saturday night at Kyle Field.
A&M is No. 9, up five spots from No. 14 last week. A year ago, the Aggies were ranked sixth before losing 48-31 at Mississippi State on Oct. 4, and dropping from the top 10. The Aggies made their return right at a year later.
A&M’s schedule, too, is advantageous for a run at the program’s first Southeastern Conference West division title.
