COLLEGE STATION, Texas – The No. 5 Texas A&M men’s tennis team advanced to the NCAA Second Round defeating Eastern Kentucky 4-0 Friday evening at the George P. Mitchell Tennis Center. The Aggies (22-4) advanced to face-off against No. 38 Oklahoma State (17-9) Saturday at 3 p.m. for a place in the Round of 16 next week in Waco.
“You never know what you are going to do after being off for three weeks and despite the layoff our team came out pretty sharp and really took it to a good Eastern Kentucky team,” Texas A&M men’s tennis head coach Steve Denton said.
