Time to back track.

Last night, after five-star quarterback prospect Tate Martell announced he would be reopening his recruiting process, Texas A&M wide receiver coach Aaron Moorehead took to Twitter to give his two cents on the situation.

Some of the tweets were deleted, but not before another recruit, four-star wide receiver Mannie Netherly, also took notice. Netherly has since decommitted as well, costing the Aggies their second recruit in one night.

Thursday morning, Moorehead issued an apology for his 'impromptu comments' on social media.

"Last night, I made some impromptu comments on social media out of frustration and out of a true love for A&M football," reads the tweet.
