Count Kevin Sumlin among those unsure of what's next for Johnny Manziel after a stretch of rough months for the embattled quarterback.
In an interview with Sports Illustrated published Wednesday, the Texas A&M coach was asked about Manziel and said he saw his former Heisman Trophy-winning quarterback at a recent wedding. Manziel was released by the Cleveland Browns this offseason and is scheduled to appear in court this month for his domestic violence case.
Sumlin told the publication he couldn't pinpoint which way things were going to turn for his former player.
"It's hard to say, with him being released now, what direction that's going to go," Sumlin told SI.
