BIRMINGHAM—The Southeastern Conference Office announced the game times and network designations for the first three weeks of the college football season today.
The AdvoCare Texas Kickoff game between Texas A&M and Arizona State will kick at 6 p.m. central on Saturday, Sept. 5 from NRG Stadium in Houston. The game will be televised by ESPN. This will be the first-ever meeting between the two schools on the gridiron.
The last time the Aggies played in the stadium in Houston was the 2011 Texas Bowl with the Aggies taking a 33-22 victory over Northwestern in front of 68,395 fans.
