Myles Garrett is the consensus choice to be the No. 1 overall pick in the upcoming NFL draft, but Booger McFarland seems to think someone else should get selected before him.
During the “Paul Finebaum Show” on Monday, McFarland, an SEC Network analyst, said that Alabama defensive lineman Jonathan Allen was a “better player right now” than Garrett.

During the 2016 season, Allen won won four national awards (Nagurski Trophy, Hendricks Award, Bednarik Award and Lombardi Award), as well as SEC Defensive Player of the Year honors.
