It appears Oklahoma sophomore Kyler Murray is taking his baseball development very seriously.
The former Allen and Texas A&M quarterback will be skipping the Sooners' team football workouts this summer, according to The Oklahoman. Instead, the two-sport athlete will be playing in the Cape Cod League, one of the nation's popular collegiate summer circuits.
Murray, along with freshman Chris Robison, will not be partaking in Oklahoma's summer drills, per The Oklahoman. Robison was arrested in April and charged with public intoxication.
Given Murray's offseason plans, it looks like he's intent on becoming a better baseball player.
