Texas A&M isn't the only team battling with injuries. Leonard Fournette's bothering ankle prevented him from making the trip with LSU to College Station, according to The Advocate.
Fournette played in limited action last weekend against Florida, rushing for 40 yards on 12 carries. Since injuring his left ankle in the preseason, the junior has battled through this entire year without appearing near 100-percent.
Despite sitting out three games already, Fournette amassed 843 rushing yards and eight touchdowns, averaging 6.5 yards per carry. Derrius Guice filled in Fournette's place well, as the sophomore running back has 964 yards and 10 touchdowns this year.
