During Robert Williams' two years on Texas A&M's men's basketball team, the recent NBA draft pick was playing with an artery condition in both legs, according to a report.
Per MassLive.com, Williams dealt with popliteal artery entrapment syndrome, a disease that affects blood flow to the legs and could cause further complications down the road, according to Johns Hopkins Medicine.
According to the report, A&M and NBA teams knew Williams dealt with this condition before this year's draft. The Boston Celtics took the former Aggie forward with the 27th overall pick.
Last season, the 6-10 forward from Louisiana only missed three games because of injury.
