Pat Summitt instructs former Duncanville High School star Tamika Catchings during Tennessee's 58-51 win over Rutgers in January 2001 at New York's Madison Square Garden. Summit, the trailblazing head coach who led the Lady Vols to eight NCAA titles in 38 years, died Tuesday at age 64 of complications from Alzheimer's disease.

Some stories are fun to write and this was one. Back during the NCAA women's tournament in 2005, I did a piece on Tennessee coach Pat Summitt with good insight from Texas A&M coach Gary Blair.
