HOUSTON -- Two old men walked into the hotel inside the Houston Galleria on Tuesday to discuss a young man's game for one more time this season.
Texas A&M senior quarterback Trevor Knight spent most of the build-up for Wednesday's Texas Bowl soaking in the final moments before he faces Kansas State at Houston's NRG Stadium. His teammate, junior defensive end Myles Garrett, talked about his future and how much he's enjoyed life in College Station.
"I haven't gotten in any trouble... that y'all know of," Garrett said, drawing laughs from a crowd of reporters.
Wednesday's game against the Wildcats (8-4) is expected to be the final appearance in maroon for Garrett and Knight, two old men in their own respective ways.
