Junior LHP Tyler Stubblefield has been dismissed from the Texas A&M baseball team for a violation of team rules. Obviously, this news comes at a pretty bad time for the Aggies, with the season less than a month away, and this once again means that Rob Childress will be without his likely Friday night starter. Stubblefield missed most of last season due to a torn ACL suffered less than a week before the start of the 2015 season.
Stubblefield has appeared in 21 career games, posting a 4-2 record with a 4.06 ERA in 71 innings pitched.
