Kyler Murray will make his second straight start at quarterback for Texas A&M Saturday afternoon against Auburn, Kevin Sumlin announced today.
Murray, a true freshman, impressed in his first career start this past weekend, leading the Aggies to a victory against South Carolina. He threw for 223 yards and a touchdown while running for 156 yards and a touchdown.
He “earned” the right to start again, Sumlin said.
In a surprise to absolutely no one, Sumlin said QB Kyler Murray is starter going forward.
