The legend of Johnny Football will live on forever in Aggieland, but he’s not done trying to re-write his NFL story. Johnny Manziel is still attempting a comeback to the league after flaming out with the Cleveland Browns due to alcohol and drug abuse, and his latest efforts have him in the Alliance of American Football playing for the Memphis Express.
He joined the team a couple of weeks ago and saw action in his first game last Sunday despite only having practiced with them for a couple of days. He looked good in limited action, but the Express went with former Troy quarterback Brandon Silvers for most of the game.
