Johnny Manziel's second game in a Memphis Express uniform ended early after the former Texas A&M quarterback suffered a head injury.
Moments after his would-be first touchdown pass of the season was waived off for pass interference, Manziel threw an interception in the endzone. In attempting to tackle return-man Will Hill, Hill's knee made contact with Manziel's helmet.
Manziel remained down on the turf for several minutes before being helped off the field by trainers. He returned to the locker room as was officially designated as "out for the game."
Orlando defeated Memphis 34-31.
