When Trevor Knight transferred from Oklahoma to Texas A&M for his fifth and final year of college football, the quarterback's charisma and likeability were easy to identify.
Those off-field attributes certainly didn't hurt him as he helped the Aggies briefly become a title contender in 2016. And depending on what happens in his immediate future, those traits could help him more than the skills that helped him become a starting quarterback.
Knight will join the hundreds of prospects hoping to be chosen by one of 32 teams in this week's three-day NFL Draft that begins on Thursday.
