A one-time Texas A&M starting defensive back is exploring his transfer options.
Senior Antonio "Speedy" Howard has entered the NCAA's transfer database, a school official confirmed on Monday evening.
Howard, whose role diminished last season, could be eligible to play this fall as a graduate transfer if he receives his degree this fall. Howard is currently listed as a senior with more than 90 hours in the A&M directory.
The Miami native signed with A&M in 2017 after spending his freshman season at Independence Community College, where season three of Netflix's "Last Chance U" was filmed.
