COLLEGE STATION -- Last week, Texas A&M's men's basketball suffered one of the low points of Billy Kennedy's coaching tenure.
First, A&M suffered a 19-point loss to No. 16 Auburn. A few days later, Missouri delivered a 23-point thumping at Reed Arena, a performance Kennedy apologized for and chastised his team's lack of effort.
Amid the Aggies' struggles this year, the question hovering over the program is what happens to coach Billy Kennedy this offseason.
At last year's SEC spring meetings, A&M athletic director Scott Woodward said the program's future will be assessed "year by year.
