Texas A&M defensive end Myles Garrett skipped an appearance on ESPN Radio’s “Mike & Mike” show on Monday morning because he said he is at odds with SEC Network’s Booger McFarland.
McFarland had tweeted that Garrett missed his appearance because McFarland was co-hosting the show with Mike Greenberg. Garrett later appeared on “Russillo and Kanell” on the same network and explained his reasoning.
“I just don’t appreciate the kind of negativity and bias that he shows towards some guys,” said Garrett, the likely No. 1 pick in the 2017 NFL draft. “I don’t feel like I should have to sit there and take that.
