The complete ballot for 2017 was released today and includes 75 players and six coaches from FBS schools and 170 players overall. The announcement of the 2017 class will take place on January 6th. Dat also appeared on last year's ballot.
Dat Nguyen was a crowd favorite and the linchpin of the dominant Aggie defenses of the late '90s. He was drafted by Dallas in the third round of the 1999 draft and played seven seasons as a Cowboy. Here's his official HOF blurb if you need a refresher:
