Abraham Maslow was a 20th century American psychologist. He was from Brooklyn and went to Wisconsin (B1G!). Maslow is renowned for creating his “hierarchy of needs” - a theory of what humans require from mere survival all the way up to self-actualization.
In a country of rampant consumption, it can be challenging to decipher what is a “need” and what is a “want.” I often believe I need A&M to win the SEC so that I can love my family better. You see the dilemma.
