The predictable part of Texas A&M's season is over.
Just as everyone anticipated, the Aggies are .500 after their first four games of the season. But against No. 3 Clemson, A&M showed it might be closer to competing for an SEC championship than previously anticipated. Then top-ranked Alabama rolled in a big win against the Aggies at Bryant-Denny Stadium, which slightly tempered expectations.
Starting with this weekend's game against Arkansas, we'll start to get a sense of how close the Aggies are to being a top-tier SEC team under Jimbo Fisher. In this week's mailbag, we'll get into when A&M could be great, discuss the new redshirt rule and compare gas station snacks to SEC teams.
