The Texas A&M system's Board of Regents will have a few football items to discuss when the group meets in College Station on Thursday morning.
According to the agenda posted online, the board of regents will consider giving President Michael Young the authority to finalize contracts for several key football employees, including offensive coordinator Darrell Dickey and defensive coordinator Mike Elko.
Along with Dickey and Elko's spots, the A&M board will also consider contracts for seven assistant coaches, new strength and conditioning coach Jerry Schmidt and a director of football operations that hasn't been announced the university.
