One of Texas A&M's potential NFL Draft prospects is still suspended by the university.
Former A&M defensive tackle Zaycoven Henderson's suspension status is still active, according to a university official. The suspension stems from a December arrest for charges that include felony aggravated assault with a deadly weapon.
Over the weekend, the senior tweeted that the university heard his case and lifted his university suspension.
Hey I just want to say “I'm thankful for Texas A&M for hearing my case and lifting their suspension on me and I am confident that I will be exonerated on any future hearing as well, if there is one.
