COLLEGE STATION -- Most of the first half of Texas A&M's game against Louisiana-Monroe was pretty boring.
Leave it to a field goal attempt to spice things up. With less than two minutes left in the second quarter, A&M did something that was last accomplished four years ago.
After junior defensive tackle Daylon Mack blocked a field goal at the line of scrimmage, junior linebacker Tyrel Dodson quickly secured the loose ball and returned it for an 80-yard touchdown.
It was the first time the Aggies scored a touchdown off a blocked field goal since Myles Garrett swatted a kick that was returned for a score against Auburn in 2014.
