Here are five takeaways from Texas A&M's 54-39 loss against LSU.
What this means for Texas A&M
This loss is absolutely inexcusable for Texas A&M, who entered November fourth in the College Football Playoff rankings. Now, the Aggies will finish fourth in the SEC West after a third straight eight-win, collapsing season.
To make matters worse, the loss came to a 6-4 team without its top two players under an interim head coach. LSU entered the game without Leonard Fournette, Kendell Beckwith, Arden Key and Travin Dural.
