Texas A&M continued to trend up, earning another big conference win, this time on the road over No. 8 Auburn, who was previously undefeated at home.
Here are three takeaways from the Aggies resume-building 81-80 win over the Tigers:
Despite blowing a 17-point second-half lead, A&M (16-8, 5-6 SEC) regrouped down the stretch and found a way to come away with their first SEC road win of the year against the league's leader. It also marked the fifth top 50 RPI win of the season for A&M.
Free throws allowed Auburn to slowly creep back into the game, as the Tigers went 21-of-24 from the line.
