COLLEGE STATION -- Texas A&M (2-4) finally snapped its four game losing streak, defeating South Alabama 74-62 Friday night at Reed Arena.
Here are three takeaways from the Aggies' 12-point victory:
A&M was searching for a win. The Aggies had after all dropped four straight games, including three by five points or less.
During the opening minutes, things didn't look bright for the rather desperate Aggies, who trailed South Alabama by six just before the first media timeout.
However, A&M found its groove and came away with a victory, its first since the Aggies' season opening 98-83 win over Savannah State on Nov.
