COLLEGE STATION -- Texas A&M couldn't seem to buy a basket and the Aggies (7-9, 1-4 SEC) suffered a rather crushing 66-43 defeat to Missouri Saturday afternoon at Reed Arena.
Here are three takeaways from the Aggies' troubling 23-point loss:
1. Aggies suffer crushing loss to bottom tier SEC team
Last Wednesday's 19-point loss to No. 14 Auburn was an outlier for A&M in SEC play, but the Aggies' bleeding carried over to Saturday and against a team A&M thought it could've beaten, too.
A&M might've hit close to rock bottom Saturday, falling to Missouri, who came into Saturday's game 0-3 in conference play, but were the second Tigers' team to run the Aggies out of their own gym within a span of five days.
